Alexander Buie
Prior to attending the University of Central Missouri I knew how I was going to make a difference. I was an experienced athlete and avid gym enthusiast and I channeled that passion into a career. I’ve been helping people achieve their goals since 2007. My clientele ranges from Pro athletes to folks who just want to feel better. Currently, my training methodology is rooted in my background in Exercise Therapy. Taking a measured and scientific approach to training allows me to adapt fitness into my clients' lives.
Love to travel and explore the outdoors with my wife Naomi - kind of a foodie - Deep Thinker - and love my dogs Lulu (Basenji), Chief (Pitsky), and Max (Boxador)

I'm a wife and mother to 3 girls, avid gardener and aquarium enthusiast. I also love live music, beach vacations, Chiefs games, and cooking (especially seafood).

I was a psychology major with the goal of helping people when I discovered weightlifting through a physical education course. Lifting weights transformed my body quickly and created a lot of positive mental and emotional changes that transformed my life on every level. I believe that fitness and nutrition are the keys to living life to its fullest. My goal is still to help people by designing effective training programs and coaching my clients toward looking better, feeling better and living better for longer.
I’m a busy single mom of one wonderful daughter. I enjoy all different kinds of music, art, and a good gin and tonic with friends.

I bring a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to the field of personal training. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, which has given me deep understanding of nutrition and its critical role in wellness. Currently, I am advancing my expertise by completing my Master's degree in Exercise Science, which I will obtain in the Fall of 2024.
With a strong background in both dietetics, corrective exercise, and sports training, I have developed comprehensive training programs that are not only designed to enhance physical capabilities but also tailored to meet the nutritional needs of clients. My approach ensures that each client I work with receives holistic guidance that addresses all aspects of their performance and wellness.
My clientele ranges from young adults to athletes and senior populations, and my mission is to empower each client to achieve their highest potential through scientifically grounded, personalized training.

I was introduced to fitness through sports by the age of fourteen. It has been a stable part of my life ever since. Being an athlete I knew the importance of a healthy workout and nutrition regiment to improve my life overall. Growing older it has been a routine in my everyday life.
I believe my calling in life is fitness and take pride in helping others improve their lives by setting attainable goals that can be achieved during their fitness journey. I’m a believer that working out and nutrition doesn’t have to be this begrudging thing you have to do. You can make it fit into your own routine and have fun with it. Whether it’s losing weight, gaining muscle, or just to improve your overall health, my workout is specifically designed for you to make you the best version of yourself.
My wife and I enjoy going out to new restaurants and exploring the outdoors with my two kids. Weekends you can usually find us at sporting events.

I first found my love for fitness while playing football and running track at Northwest Missouri State University. For the last 12 years the gym has been an energy release for me and has helped me maintain the active lifestyle I enjoy.
My goal is to motivate and bring out the best version of yourself possible. Both in and outside of the gym.
